At Sklep Muminków, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unused condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or post office.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
